Skilled & Innovative
Smithwell Construction New Home Builders has the capability to use Chief Architect, a professional 3D architectural design and drafting software, to show you your finished project before we begin.
As professional New Home Builders, our process begins with the discussion about general project goals and design ideas that a customer may have. Phase I establishes an initial design and budget for the project (home or remodel).
Phase II of the Design/Build Process will lead to a detailed design with project specifications. A contract consultation is scheduled and a Construction Agreement is reviewed and agreed upon.
Phase III of the Design/Build Process is the Construction Phase when permit drawings are developed and submitted to the municipality or township. When the plans are approved, a Building Permit is issued and a start date is set for the construction. Contact us today to get started.
